Group Therapy?
It's a shame people often don't consider Group Therapy. Most people think of individual, couples, and family therapy as the only options, but Group Therapy offers a unique opportunity for growth and healing.

What To Expect
Logistical Details:
Join us on Mondays from 5:30 - 7:00 pm, MST. All groups are hosted online in a HIPAA-compliant meeting space. There is no need to dress professionally; comfy clothes are encouraged!
You have the option of attending weekly or on alternate weeks. Whatever works for your schedule!

Join at any time, stay as long as you want.
​
​​The cost to attend is $85 per person per 90-minute meeting.

Group Dynamics:
We've all been there: online meetings where nobody talks, and you feel pressured to participate more than you wanted. Or you want to speak, but there are so many people you can't get a word in.
Not to worry! Group sizes are limited to create space for vulnerability and community. Silent reflection is also encouraged, so there is ample space for internal processing. You get the community experience that is right for you!
Topics:
Together, we will explore themes including Burnout, Caregiving as Children, Expectations, Resentment, Anger, and Martyrdom. Groups will balance between education, reflection, and group processing. Is there something you want to explore that isn't listed here? We can calibrate the topics to ensure everyone gets what they need from the Group. ​​​

How To Get Started

Contact Lindsey
Send Lindsey a message to let her know you are interested in the group therapy offer. You will receive a confirmation email, and Lindsey will respond to set up a free consultation to answer any questions you have and make sure the group would be a good fit for you.

Complete Initial Paperwork
Lindsey will send you a few forms to fill out online before attending your first group session. You will get an invitation to create a profile with Jane, Lindsey's client portal. Here you will be able to view our scheduled sessions and invoices.

Attend Your First Group Session
Lindsey will send you a link and a calendar invitation to attend group. We will do a quick check-in, introduce the topic of the day, and learn, process, connect, and grow together. We will end each session with a challenge for the next week.
