Shared Strength

A Circle for Therapists in Uncertain Times

Sound Familiar?

You are a mental health clinician struggling with how to support

your clients,

your family,

your friends,

your coworkers,

and yourself

as the world seems to get worse each day.

You find it challenging to keep up with what's happening in your community, nationally, and worldwide.

You worry about how to balance staying informed and involved with managing your own mental health.

You're not alone!

Welcome to your Circle of support, understanding, and processing.

Nobody has all the answers. It's okay if you don't.

What To Expect

90 Minutes Every Other Week:

We begin with a short check-in before we process current events, their effects on our clients, our families, and ourselves. As a group, we can connect with other clinicians who understand our experiences, learn strategies to stay resilient in our systems, and hear perspectives and frameworks that will help us make sense of the world in a healthy way. We will end with grounding and gratitude.

There are two meeting times to better fit your schedule. You can choose

every other Monday from 2:00 - 4:30 pm MST

or

every other Friday from 10:00 - 11:30 am MST. â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹

Intimate Group Size:

We've all been there: online meetings where nobody talks, and you feel pressured to participate more than you want. Or you might want to participate, but there are so many people you can't get a word in. Nobody needs to feel over-exposed or unseen when seeking support.

This group is limited to 10 participants to support spaces for vulnerability and internal processing so you get the community experience that's right for you. â€‹â€‹

What You Won't Get

This is not a therapy group or supervision; it is a consultation group.

This is a community of like-minded humans and clinicians. You are encouraged to keep our conversations private, but HIPAA does not bind anyone. The facilitator will also participate when possible.
